The Great Trailer Digout! - 01/12/09
Our mission was
to extract a camper trailer from the deep snow for a friend of ours. To access
the area we drive down miles and miles of snow packed highway and dirt road
winding our way to the recovery site. Snow is shoveled from the hitch. The
owners' Ford truck with chains all around is hooked up first. In front of him is
Ron Ross's Jeep and Cliff Safe's Jeep complete with chains on all fours. The
group advances through trees making a wide turn to approach the steep exit road.
As the caravan chugs up the hill the bystanders cheer.
Mission accomplished
